Lena Ocean is an educator, social media manager, and brand strategist with extensive experience in and passion for climate change issues. Her first professional exposure to the green industry space began when she had the opportunity to work directly under Emmy award-winning journalist/producer Bianca Alexander, and on Conscious Living TV as it was launched by Conscious Planet Media. She has championed for sustainability in fashion through her efforts with Fashion Law Week programming as well as initiatives in West Africa.

As a former high school and middle school teacher, Lena understands that curriculum development is the way to effect true change in all communities—especially surrounding climate issues and sustainability. 

Lena has partnered with numerous organization, non-profits, charities, schools and academic programs over the years in a variety of roles. As a former Miss Earth Liberia, she traveled promoting eco-tourism and environmentalism as part of her platform. Lena was recognized as a keyholder to the city of Urdanetta, Urdanetta, Pangasinan Philippines in 2007. She was awarded key to the city by Mayor Amadeo R. Perez, Jr. for conservation efforts as Miss Liberia.
